Eureka DC is part of the Eureka Telecommunications family, which comprises of Eureka Telco, who specialises in residential internet and phone services and Eureka DC, who specialises in everything else internet hosting related.
We are a local independent service provider, running our own servers and core network to be able to service our customers.
Prior to early 2022, Eureka DC was originally trading under Aus Net Servers Australia and owned and operated its own server facility in Western Victoria.
Eureka DC is the only locally owned and operated hosting facility. We run and own our entire network under AS59256 as well as our own servers. We have transit agreements with major upstream carriers such as GSL and Vocus which peers with other internet exchanges.
Our 24/7 eticket support allows you to submit tickets for action anytime of the day from any location. We have sophisticated network monitoring of our core hardware and transit uplinks to ensure that, in the event of a failure or outage we are on to it and working on it as soon as possible.
